This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. No personal data is collected and no cookies are set.
The name, email address, company and message you submit are needed to answer your enquiry; without them it cannot be answered. They are sent by email to the site operator's mailbox, which is hosted by Migadu (Switzerland — covered by an EU adequacy decision) acting as a processor. The website itself keeps no database and stores no copy of your submission. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up, then deleted. A separate notification is sent to the operator's phone that contains no personal data — only the fact that an enquiry arrived.
This site runs on self-managed infrastructure in Germany. Server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) are processed to operate and secure the service and are retained for a short period only.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and receive a portable copy of your personal data. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the competent one here is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
Where processing is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you object, the processing stops unless compelling legitimate grounds override your interests.
